Monica Worline, Ph.D. is Vervago’s co-founder. An organizational psychologist, Monica is an affiliate faculty of the Center for Positive Organizations at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and has served on the business school faculties at Emory University and the University of California, Irvine. She awakens leaders and change agents to the organizational psychology of innovation, engaging them to create work environments that harness curiosity, courage and compassion to yield extraordinary performance. Monica is the author of the recently released Awakening Compassion at Work, and she earned her Ph.D. at the University of Michigan and her B.A. from Stanford University.
Dennis Matthies is Vervago’s co-founder and master coach. Over 25 years of teaching at Stanford, Dennis innovated the Precision Q+A framework for deeper thinking and accelerated learning. He now coaches executives to present their best thinking during C-Suite and Board of Directors meetings, and as they lead their teams. Dennis holds a B.S. in Physics from M.I.T and an M.A. in Philosophy & Humanities from Stanford University.
Clare Dolan is Vervago’s vice president and a corporate education executive with 25 years experience. Prior to joining Vervago, Clare was Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility and Education Initiatives at Oracle Corporation, where she reported directly to the company’s president. She holds a B.A. from Stanford University, an M.A. from the University of San Francisco, and has developed learning and certification programs that have reached millions globally.
Bob Stocking is Vervago’s Director of Education Services and Master Instructor. He has taught Precision Q+A to more than 20,000 people in 26 countries, including every role from CEO to entry-level employee, engineer to salesperson, attorney to designer, and strategist to implementer. He has taught at leading companies in the high tech, ecommerce, healthcare, energy, finance, and retail industries; and at local, state, and federal government agencies. Across every organization, ninety-eight percent of those who have attended Bob’s workshops report they would recommend them to others. Bob earned his B.A. and M.A. at Stanford University. He is based in Raleigh-Durham, NC.
